The ranch was once part of the Historic Pack Saddle Mountain Ranch and the south pasture of Honey Creek Ranch backs up to the base of Pack Saddle Mountain. Upon entering the ranch from the north, you immediately are enamored by the view of the strong-flowing Honey Creek. A low-water dam forms a small lake. There is a new concrete low-water crossing below the dam that allows any vehicle to cross the creek and some new roads have been built that provides easy access over the ranch. A new spreader dam upstream from the current dam forms another small lake for your enjoyment. In addition to the beautiful flowing creek, there is one large tank (pond) in the south pasture and another in the north pasture. There are some smaller ponds in the north pasture as well. There are 2 good water wells, so there is no shortage of water on this awesome ranch. With the good availability of underground well water, additional wells could be drilled.
The ranch is divided into two pastures. The front (north) pasture is low-fenced and the back (south) pasture is completely game-proof fenced. Electricity is available throughout the ranch.
