WILDLIFE: The ranch has low fencing around it and is surrounded by thousands of acres of low fenced ranches, so the wildlife can roam freely throughout the area. There is an exceptional population of Whitetail Deer, Wild Turkeys, Feral Hogs, Dove, Ducks and occasional exotics that roam the countryside. The hunting is awesome!
The Colorado River and the ponds offer great fishing opportunities too.
