Gene Stewart, a native of Central Texas, was raised in the Long Cove area between Lometa and Goldthwaite. He graduated from Lometa High School in 1970 and Tarleton State University with a B.S. in Agri-Business in 1974. Gene worked for the Farm Credit System for 9 years prior to opening Gene Stewart Real Estate in 1988. His prior experiences in retail management and agricultural credit provided the base which prepared him for a successful career in real estate.
Sylvia Stewart, is a graduate of Lancaster High School in Lancaster, Texas. She attended Tarleton State University. Married since 1974, Gene and Sylvia raised three children and are now enjoying grandchildren. In 1995 Sylvia went back to school and became a real estate agent to help in the real estate business. In addition to showing property, Sylvia handles the web site, making changes and updating as needed.
Gene and Sylvia's personal philosophy in life and in business is based upon the age-old "Golden Rule"; treat everyone the way that they would want to be treated. That same attitude is the standard of all their co-workers. The friendly "home towns" of Central Texas are a great place to live, do business, raise a family or have a "home away from home". Gene and Sylvia would like to have the opportunity to assist you in finding a property to purchase, or listing your place for sale. Renamed in 2018, San Saba Realty, is a full service agency, offering professional assistance in all aspects of real estate: ranches, farms, homes or businesses. Give us a call, we are here to help you.
