Electrical service is to the house and a pump is positioned in the pond that provides untreated wa-ter to the house and for watering the yard and fruit trees. Public water is available nearby and a meter could be purchased to provide treated water to the house, or a water well could be drilled.
The fishing is exceptional and it is a common site to see Whitetail deer, turkeys, ducks and birds galore. It will require some sweat and TLC to make this place all it can be, but there isn’t another property of this size that can offer so much water for enjoyment, wildlife viewing and a place to build a home or cabin. You could also just bring in your own RV and set it up.
