A wooden deck extends from the glass doors of the sun porch into the tree shaded backyard. Last years drought claimed some of the trees and much of the decorative shrubs but several still remain. An in-ground swimming pool occupies a side yard enclosed by a fence. Because of potential danger to the small children in the family, the owners have not used or filled it in several years so the condition of the pool and equipment is unknown.
