The house comes with a propane gas range, refrigerator, 2 propane room heaters, washer & dryer.

OUTBUILDINGS: A large metal barn with a concrete floor serves as a workshop and storage for outdoor tools, mowers, small tractor, ATVs, etc. There is also a covered parking shed and a 20' shipping container that is used for super secure storage.
