BIG PRICE REDUCTION: This ranch is conveniently located about a mile east of Hwy 16 or about 10 miles north of San Saba. The terrain is fairly level with some undulation in the back part of the ranch. The front 1/3 of the ranch is lush coastal bermuda grass and the back 2/3 is creek bottom with very dense tree and brush cover.
