Property Description
This is a very scenic Hill Country property with a great combination of large trees, underbrush, grassy meadows, creek & hills. It is almost to the end of a dead-end county road. A wet-weather creek meanders across the south end of the property. The periodic flowing of water in the creek has revealed thousands of sandstone rocks and all shapes and sizes. Very large trees tower over the creek bed and beautiful oaks cover most of the ranch. A lush grassy meadow lies in the middle of the property and comprises about 15-20 acres. There is one stock tank that provides water for livestock and wildlife. Whitetail deer, turkeys, feral hogs and other wildlife are plentiful.
A very nice mobile home provides a very safe and comfortable place to stay while at the ranch. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It will come furnished. Household water is supplied from a meter on the Richland Rural Water System. A small shed is near the house and is used for parking.
The property is rectangular in shape and has a pretty good fence along the south side, but the other 3 sides are in need of new fences. The seller will pay the cost of building a fence on the west side.
If you want a really fun place to escape to the country, then this is one to seriously consider.
